All tickets need to be paid for in advance of the event.

We are also looking for a team of volunteers to help out over the weekend with tasks such as but not limited to – put up/take down of the marquee, bartending, general set up and clean down of each event and moving of equipment and bar supplies. Finally we are also looking for raffle prizes for the weekend so if you have anything you would like to donate please let us know.
