Join our Tapas Taster evening with a handpicked wine flight of six wines, introduced by internationally renowned SET Sommelière, Stella Fallon.

A Champagne region certified Sommelière, Stella also has her EVP, “Experte en vin de Provence”, is FWS certified, (Italian wines) as well as being a graduate of The School of Port. With over 15 years in the hospitality and wine industry, she is passionate about the famous wine producers of Italy and has partnered with many famous vineyards hosting events there and in her home country of Brazil.

Stella will be supported by Susan Stuart, owner of the independent and long established Four Seasons Hotel. With a career in hospitality spanning four decades, she has worked with many of the wine regions across the world including Chile, France and Spain.

For this event, Susan and Stella are providing their take on a Spanish Tapas selection for this light-hearted, educational evening, offering a sumptuous Spanish tapas menu that includes,

• Gambas al aïoli – Prawns in white wine, garlic, oil and cayenne
• Croquetas de pancetta al aïoli dip
• Bruschetta – with marinated mushrooms and Serrano ham
• Pollo al aïoli with mixed pepper and red onions
• Espinachas con garbanzos – chickpeas with spinach
